SP 55087: Remove the PCMService program from the Startup folder to help improve system performance

Symptom: The PCMService program from Dell is a part of the Dell Media Experience multimedia software package. The Dell Media Experience allows the user to organize photos, video, music, and movies into one player. This program is a non-essential system process. Removing it from startup can significantly increase your computer’s performance and reliability.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to remove the PCMService entry from the Startup folder.
