SP 55093: Remove the MemCleaner program from the Startup folder to help improve system performance

Symptom: The MemCleaner program from IObit is a memory management tool. MemCleaner is a small Windows utility that displays the amount of available memory in an icon in the System Tray. When the icon is double clicked, the program attempts to free a predefined amount of memory. This program is a non-essential system process. Removing it from startup can significantly increase your computer’s performance and reliability.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to remove the MemCleaner entry from the Startup folder.
