SP 55106: Remove the ARO program from the Startup folder to help improve system performance

Symptom: The ARO program from SAMMsoft starts a process belonging to the Advanced Registry Optimizer application. This application helps maintain the integrity of your Windows Registry by scanning for and fixing invalid registry entries. This program is a non-essential system process. Removing it from startup can significantly increase your computer’s performance and reliability.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to remove the ARO entry from the Startup folder.
