SP 55107: Remove the OEM02Mon program from the Startup folder to help improve system performance

Symptom: The OEM02Mon program from Dell starts a process belonging to Dell Laptop Integrated Webcam Driver. This process will launch the Dell Webcam Console automatically when you start your webcam. This program is a non-essential system process. Removing it from startup can significantly increase your computer’s performance and reliability.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to remove the OEM02Mon entry from the Startup folder.
