SP 55113: Remove the DSCA program from the Startup folder to help improve system performance

Symptom: The DSCA program from Dell starts a process belonging to the Dell Support Center. It's used to start Dell's remote support program. This program is a non-essential system process. Removing it from startup can significantly increase your computer’s performance and reliability.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to remove the DSCA entry from the Startup folder.
