SP 54828: Cannot install or remove Microsoft programs

Symptom: When you try to install or remove a Microsoft program (Office 2000, Office 2003, etc.), an error message is displayed and you cannot continue with the process.
Error Message: “Error 1606: Could Not Access Network Location.”
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to enable installation or removal of Microsoft programs.
