SP 53989: Universal Serial Bus (USB) controllers are currently disabled

Symptom: USB devices do not work. Windows may fail to detect USB devices. This error may occur if the Universal Serial Bus controllers are disabled.
Resolution: This change will restore the detection and the use of USB devices by modifying the system settings to enable the USB controllers.
