SP 50608: Cannot access Network settings in Windows Media Player

Symptom: When you select “Tools => Options” in Windows Media Player, you cannot access the network settings when you click on the “Network” tab.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to enable access to the network settings in Windows Media Player.
