SP 50960: Windows Media Player cannot rip tracks

Symptom: When you attempt to rip a track with Windows Media Player, the operation fails and an error message is displayed.
Error Message: “Windows Media Player cannot rip the track because a compatible MP3 encoder is not installed on your computer.”
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to restore the MP3 encoder library setting for Windows Media Player 10.
