SP 51105: Restore a Window Media Player library to enable ripping

Details: This change modifies the system registry to restore a Windows Media Player 10 library (Wmadmoe.dll) that supports ripping. If this library is not available, you may see the error message “Windows Media Player encountered an unknown error” when you try to rip music.
