SP 51210: Enable Fullscreen Control in WMP10’s fullscreen mode

Details: When you play the media file in fullscreen mode, fullscreen control may be hidden. Someone or some programs may modify registry to hide fullscreen control. And here the change will let WMP10 display fullscreen control in fullscreen mode.
