SP 51211: Cannot start Windows Media Player

Symptom: When you try to start Windows Media Player, the program does not start and an error message is displayed.
Error Message: “An internal application error has occurred.”
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and restore the default settings for Windows Media Player.
