SP 51215: The program interface for Windows Media Player is incorrectly displayed

Symptom: When you start Windows Media Player to play an mp3 or some other type of media file, the appearance of the Windows Media Player interface is incorrectly displayed. You may find that the interface appears as a black rectangle with only the control buttons displayed.
Possible Cause: One or more of the program libraries for the Windows Media Player may have been unregistered.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings by re-registering one or more of the program libraries for the Windows Media Player.
