SP 51216: A minimized Windows Media Player window cannot be converted to a mini toolbar

Symptom: When you minimize the Windows Media Player to the taskbar, you will find that you are unable to convert the minimized Windows Media Player to a mini toolbar.
Possible Cause: One or more of the program libraries for the Windows Media Player may have been unregistered.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings by re-registering one or more of the program libraries for the Windows Media Player.
Additional Information: To change the minimized Windows Media Player to a mini toolbar, right-click anywhere on the taskbar and select “Toolbars => Windows Media Player” in the context menu.
