SP 51220: Prevent WMP10 from deleting media file in the computer when delete the item in library

Details: When you delete the item in WMP s media library, it always deletes the physical media file from your computer. This problem may caused by the improper user settings of WMP10. The change will prevent deleting the physical file when deleting the corresponding item in the library.
