SP 51265: Let WMP10 download codec automatically

Details: Sometimes you can’t play some media file in WMP10, for the “Missing codec” problem, and at this time, WMP10 doesn’t download the codec automatically. The problem may caused by improper user settings. The change will let WMP10 download codec automatically.
