SP 51395: Previews for Windows Media (.wmv) files are not shown in Windows Explorer

Symptom: When you start Windows Explorer and browse a directory containing Windows Media (.wmv) files, the icons for each file do not display a preview of the media contents.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to enable previews in the Windows Media (.wmv) file icon.
