SP 51442: Previews of Video for Windows (.avi) files are not shown in Windows Explorer

Symptom: When you start Windows Explorer and browse a directory containing Video for Windows (.avi) files, the icons for each file do not display a preview of the media contents.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to enable previews in the Video for Windows (.avi) file icon.
