SP 51444: Previews of MPEG (.mpg) files are not shown in Windows Explorer

Symptom: When you start Windows Explorer and browse a directory containing MPEG (.mpg) files, the icons for each file do not display a preview of the media contents.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to enable previews in the MPEG (.mpg) file icon.
