SP 51112: The “Switch to full mode” and “Change skins” menu items are missing in Windows Media Player

Symptom: When you click on the “View” menu in Windows Media Player, you will notice that the “Switch to full mode” and “Change skins” items are missing from the list of menu items. You will also find that the full mode quick switch button in the upper right corner is also missing.
Possible Cause: A Group Policy setting for Windows Media Player may have been modified.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the Windows Media Player settings to restore the “Switch to full mode” and “Change skins” items in the “View” menu.
