SP 51115: The “Privacy” settings cannot be accessed in Windows Media Player

Symptom: When you select “Tools => Options” in Windows Media Player, you will find that the “Privacy” tab is missing in the Options dialog.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to restore the “Privacy” tab in the Options dialog.
