SP 51118: The “Recent File List” menu item is currently disabled in Windows Media Player

Symptom: When you click on the “File” menu, you will find that the “Recent File List” item is grayed out.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the Windows Media Player settings to enable the “Recent File List” menu item.
