SP 51530: The Network icon is not displayed in the system notification area

Symptom: When you start you computer, you will find that the “Network” icon is not displayed in the system notification area.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to restore the “Network” icon in the system notification area.

1. Cannot adjust Toolbar properties
2. Cannot make changes to the Desktop Taskbar
3. Cannot start the “Taskbar and Start Menu Properties” dialog box
4. Context Menus for the “Start” button or the “Taskbar” are not displayed
