SP 51531: The Volume Control icon is not displayed in the system notification area

Symptom: When you start you computer, you will find that the “Volume Control” icon is not displayed in the system notification area.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to restore the “Volume Control” icon in the system notification area.
