SP 51532: The Toolbar and Taskbar tabs are missing from the “Taskbar and Start Menu Properties” dialog

Symptom: When you start the “Taskbar and Start Menu Properties” dialog, you will find the “Toolbars” and “Taskbar” tabs missing from the dialog. You will not be able to make any changes to either the “Toolbar” or “Taskbar” properties.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group settings to restore the “Toolbar” and Taskbar” tabs in the “Taskbar and Start Menu Properties” dialog.
