SP 51664: The “Pinned Programs” list is missing from the Start Menu

Symptom: When you click on the Start Menu, you will find that there is no “Pinned Programs” list in the Start Menu.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to restore the “Pinned Programs” list in the Start menu.
