SP 51669: The Network icon is missing from the Start Menu

Symptom: When you click on the Start menu, you will find that the “Network” icon is missing from the Start menu.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to restore the “Network” icon in the Start menu.
