SP 51673: Cannot run the Windows Journal program

Symptom: When you try to start the Windows Journal program, an error message is displayed and Windows Journal fails to start.
Error Message: “Windows cannot open this program because it has been prevented by a software restriction policy. For more information please contact your system administrator.”
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to enable the Windows Journal program.
