SP 51674: Cannot print to the Journal Note Writer

Symptom: When you try to print to the Journal Note Writer, an error message is displayed.
Error Message: “Journal Note Writer cannot be used because it has been prevented by a software restriction policy. For more information please contact your system administrator.”
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to enable the Journal Note Writer.
