SP 51676: Cannot start the Snipping Tool

Symptom: When you try to run the Snipping Tool, an error message is displayed and the Snipping Tool fails to start.
Error Message: “Windows cannot open this program because it has been prevented by a software restriction policy. For more information please contact your system administrator.”
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to enable the Snipping Tool.
