SP 51677: Cannot start the Sticky Note program

Symptom: When you try to run Sticky Note in Vista, an error dialog message is displayed and Sticky Note fails to start.
Error Message: “Windows cannot open this program because it has been prevented by a software restriction policy. For more information please contact your system administrator.”
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to enable the Sticky Note program.
