SP 51685: Cannot burn CD’s in Windows Explorer

Symptom: CD’s can no longer be burned from Windows Explorer. However, you can still use a third-party application to burn CD’s.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy setting to enable CD burning from Windows Explorer.
