SP 51733: The Detail pane is not displayed in Windows Explorer

Symptom: When you open Windows Explorer, you will notice that the “Detail” pane is not displayed.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to restore the “Detail” pane in Windows Explorer.
