SP 51736: Programs on removable media cannot be installed

Symptom: When you try to install a program from removable media, such as CD-ROMs, floppy disks, and DVDs, a message informs you that the feature cannot be found.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to enable program installations from removable media devices.
