SP 51795: Installed Gadgets do not run in the Windows Sidebar

Symptom: When you install a Gadget in the Windows Sidebar, you will notice that the Gadget does not run.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to enable Gadgets in the Window Sidebar.
