SP 51984: The Start menu search box cannot be used for Internet History or Favorites searches

Symptom: When you try to search for Internet History or Favorites with the Start menu search box, you will notice that the search fails.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to enable Internet History or Favorites searches when using the Start menu search box.
