SP 51985: The Start menu search box cannot be used for Program searches

Symptom: When you try to search for Programs with the Start menu search box, you will notice that the Program search fails.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to enable Program searches when using the Start menu search box.
