SP 51996: Confirmation pop-up window is displayed when accessing system settings

Symptom: Whenever you try to access or change system settings (Device Manager, Registry, etc.), a User Account Control (UAC) pop-up window requests that you confirm your action by clicking on the “Continue” button. Some users may find this pop-up window unnecessary when accessing system settings.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to disable User Account Control (UAC).
Additional Information: Microsoft has implemented a new security measure, called User Access Control (UAC). This is intended to warn/prevent users from making any system-wide changes to the computer.
