SP 52011: The Screen Saver Time Out Setting is disabled

Symptom: When you open the Screen Saver settings dialog, you will find that the Screen Saver Time Out Setting is disabled.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to enable the Screen Saver Time Out Setting.
