SP 52014: The Installed Updates view is currently disabled

Symptom: When you open the “Control Panel => Programs and Features => Installed Updates” page, a message in the page indicates that the Installed Updates view has been disabled.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to enable the Installed Updates view.
