SP 52015: The Programs and Features view is currently disabled

Symptom: When you open the “Control Panel => Programs and Features” page, a message in the page indicates that the Programs and Features view has been disabled.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to enable the Programs and Features view.
