SP 52016: Tasks in the Programs and Features view are currently disabled

Symptom: When you open the “Control Panel => Programs and Features” page, the Tasks in the left panel on this page are all disabled. When you select a Task, a message is displayed indicating that the selected Task has been disabled.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to enable the Tasks in the Program and Features view.
