SP 52022: The Formats tab is missing from the Regional and Language Options page

Symptom: When you open the Regional and Language Options page, you will find that the Formats tab is missing.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to restore the Formats tab in the Regional and Language Options page.
Category: Control Panel

1. Active Desktop components are missing and cannot be added
2. Cannot change the Display Language in Windows
3. Cannot change “Display” settings in Windows
4. Cannot enable or disable Active Desktop or change the Active Desktop configuration
5. Cannot install programs from a networked device.
