SP 52026: Cannot change the path to My Documents

Symptom: When you open the “Documents Properties” dialog and select the Location tab, you will find that the “Move” button is missing. This will prevent you from changing the path to My Documents.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to restore the “Move” button in the “Documents Properties” dialog.
