SP 52188: Cannot use the Help and Support Center
Symptom: When you attempt to use the Help and Support center in Windows Vista, an error messages is displayed and Internet Explore fails to open the Help and Support Center.
Error Message: “Error Internet Explorer cannot download/from Help occurs.”
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to enable access to the Help and Support Center.
