SP 52201: The Windows Backup Program is not installed

Symptom: When you open the Properties dialog for a local hard disk and select the “Tools” tab, you will notice that an error message is displayed when you click on the “Backup Now” button.
Error Message: “Backup program is not installed on your computer. To install it, double-click the Add or Remove Programs icon in Control Panel, and then follow the instructions on your screen.”
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to restore the “Backup” program.
