SP 52260: Backup configuration is currently disabled

Symptom: When you run the Backup program, a message is displayed indicating that “Backup configuration is disabled by Group Policy”. Backup choices will be grayed out and you are prevented from backing up your files.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to enable the Backup configuration choices.
