SP 52310: The “My Music” link in the Start menu is broken

Symptom: When you select the “My Music” link in the Start menu, you will notice that nothing happens. Under normal conditions, the folder containing your music files is opened. Also, if you right click on the “My Music” icon and select the “Properties” item in the context menu, the “Location” tab may be missing from the Properties dialog.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to restore the location to the “My Music” link.
