SP 52311: The “Pictures” link in the “Start” menu does not work

Symptom: When you select the “Pictures” link in the “Start” menu, nothing happens. There are no signs of any type of computer activity from this action. You may also find that when you right-click on the “Pictures” link and select the “Properties” item from the context menu, the “Location” tab in the Properties dialog is missing.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to enable “Pictures” link in the “Start” menu.
