SP 54878: Cannot rename folders in Windows Explorer

Symptom: When you try to rename a folder in Windows Explorer, an error message is displayed indicating that the folder does not exist.
Error Message: “The file or folder does not exist”
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to enable the renaming of folders in Windows Explorer.
